System configuration
The training system consists of power control panel, workbench, fault insertion box, test box, etc.
(1) PKB-01 power control panel
Iron with high density plastic-sprayed construction is adopted for this control panel with aluminum faceplate, it provides AC power supplies, various measuring instruments, and necessary devices:
1) ac supply control unit: single-phase three-wire 220 V supplied, two AC voltmeter with measuring range of 0~250V to monitor the grid voltage, two AC ammeters with ranges of 0~5A and 0~10 A to monitor the system start current and operating current, a RCCB and a key switch to control the power supply to the control panel.
2) Pressure detection unit: offers four vacuum gauges, measuring ranges -0.1~3.5MPa , -0.1~1.5MPa, used to monitor pressures at high-pressure and low-pressure sides respectively.
3) Temperature detection unit: provides two digital thermometers ( -digit display).
4) A set of current type leakage protection: it will be activated to cut off the power supply once the earth-leakage current exceeds a certain value, also a thermal protection device is available to protect the compressor against overthermal and overload.
(2) PKB-02 workbench
Iron with high density plastic-sprayed construction is adopted for the workbench whose surface is fireproof, waterproof, and wear resistant, the design of drawers facilitates storing wires and facilities. It is moveable with integrated multi-direction lockable castors.
(3) Fault insertion box
This system provides two fault insertion boxes, one (with 21 fault inserting switches) for simulating air conditioning faults, another (with 18 fault inserting switches) for refrigerator faults; fault types: power circuit, temperature sensing circuit, drive circuit, compressor protection circuit, indoor fan speed control circuit, etc.
(4) Test box
The test box is designed for measurement, analysis, and troubleshooting for electrical system of air conditioner, direct cooling refrigerator, and indirect cooling refrigerator.
